1. Our Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with WeeConnect. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new Residents Association subscriptions. If you decide the platform isn't right for your development within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, we will provide a full refund, no questions asked.
2. Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis (depending on your chosen plan). You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the remaining time in a billing cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility
Outside of the initial 14-day guarantee, refunds are typically only granted in the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If a persistent technical fault prevents you from using the core features of the platform and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate Billing: If you have been inadvertently charged twice for the same subscription period.
- System Errors: If a billing error occurred on our part or through our payment processor.
4. Payment Processing
WeeConnect uses a secure third-party payment processor to handle all financial transactions. We do not store your credit card or bank details on our servers. Our payment processor handles all payment processing, tax collection (including VAT where applicable), and compliance.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email our support team at hello@weeconnect.co.uk with your Residents Association name and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 working days.
